Jared was rude and made the experience frustrating. He was not helpful and was extremely hard to work with. Service manager Greg saved the day and came through, and exhibited the service I am used to at MKB. I was glad and satisfied with Greg, but will never work with Jared again.

I had an appointment to install my visor on driver's side. I waited for an hour then they said they didn't receive the part. So, I have to wait til they get it and call me to take it back. Part has been paid already. Nice ppl just wish they had told me before I went so I didn't skip work. Karla C

I’ve had my car to your service department numerous times for this same issue. It takes me getting stranded and towed to your dealership before you can finally supposedly fix the issue.
