A reasonable wait when we have an appointment is expected. A wait of over 25 minutes in the service lane; an additional 150 minutes for an oil change was not expected.
We appreciate the brake inspection and four wheel rotation, but when the car is clean upon entry, and the technicians hand prints are prominent on all four wheels upon exit I wonder about the dedication to excellence.
I also purchased “prepaid maintenance”. On each service visit there seems to be uncertainty as to what is covered. I NEED clarification before my next visit.

I love Oscar !! Great person, But very disappointment that I had to get another Q for my car. I just replaced it in 2019 and it went out already warranty only one year that’s a rip off. Very very disappointment in the manufacture. But Oscar is the best
