Oscar is very professional but personable which made my 4 hour wait time fly. I usually don’t leave reviews but would like this one to help him with his career. He asked what I thought of my service and I said no problems but how efficient and kind all are there. He said he feels blessed working there. That says it all for me . MKB is lucky with this guy and no, he doesn’t know me or that I’m giving this review. Thank you

Communication with customer needs to improve. I dropped my vehicle off Friday afternoon. I was told service could not be completed same day which I expected and asked if it could be completed during the weekend. I was informed that they would be completed Saturday close to closing time 3 pm. I got text messages from Luis Castelano throughout the day about the progress of the service and to arrange payment and pick up of vehicle. His last communication stated that he would call before close time to receive payment through the phone. At 3 pm I hailed an Uber ride and since it was already a couple of minutes after 3, I de died to call Luis to make sure we were still on track with plan. The call was answered by a receptionist who informed me that the service department was closed and wouldn’t open again till Monday morning. After telling her my situation she volunteered to physically check fur Luis or anyone left in service. She came back and told me everyone was gone and the gates had been closed. This really upset me as I didn’t know when I was getting my truck when I needed it early Monday morning for work. I cancelled and paid a fee with Uber. I started making plans for Monday when, at 3:30 Luis calls me about making that phone payment. All this stress could have been avoided by a simple call or text at or right before 3:00 pm saying your vehicle is ready I’ll call you as soon as I get a chance for payment. I bring my vehicle to your shop for service. Communication is key to service and on this occasion it failed badly. You have lost a customer for this reason. Life is stressful enough, I don’t need to pay high prices to get more stress.

I chose not to have my car serviced at Marvin K Brown. The diagnostic I would e charged is more than twice what I will be paying. When I called in to check on the car it had been about 7-8 hours past your opening for the day. On hold for over 20 minutes, car not even in the system. I understand things are different right now with all that is going on, but I am not satisfied and I will be hard pressed to recommend service at your location.
