Chris did a fine job, but you should be able to improve the check in and out process. I did everything online. I made a reservation and I spoke to someone before my visit but it still took 20 mins to drop off my truck. I also paid for my service before I picked it up and it still took over 20 minutes to pick up my truck
He listened to my concerns and was interested in my car as if it was his own.
