Everything worked out fine with Kevin from the service department and KC from the parts department.
Erick was fine. However, the initial process of making an appointment was cumbersome. The phone prompts we’re not intuitive and I was transferred twice to dead lines, requiring me to continue to call back to make an appointment. Further, I asked that I be called ahead of my appointment from the rep to confirm that services would be covered under warranty. I did so because I got push back on payment during a previous service visit. I never got that call as requested.

Kevin was professional and very attentive to my vehicle needs. He listened to my concerns about my current concerns with my SRX and was very transparent with the wait time. Given the chatter in the waiting area, I knew it would be an all day wait. I opted to wait rather than accept an Uber home. He kept me informed of the progress and then explained the work that needed to be completed. The car was serviced to my satisfaction. I have never been disappointed with my service at MKB and appreciate the professionalism and courtesy, even during these unique times.

Everyone was very nice. The woman at the cashier was the best. She helped my dad and I find the parts shop and walked us over when we needed to order a new key. She was also very helpful when I came in to pick up the key and asked if I could get an oil change on the spot. She went to check and then made an appointment for me. Her name is Grace Guerra.
