Your place is crazy busy, so the last thing is CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Oscar is a very good guy, but doesn’t have time as he has another 10000 cars waiting for him! I wanted to ask him how to disable the auto engine turn off mode of the new Cadillac Escalade I bought, and he mentioned that we have to leave the SUV for two days there to diagnose! All he had to do is ask the tech how to turn off that feature in the complex electronic software system.

Always goes above my expectations. Unfortunately, my wait was longer than expected. However, with that said. It does not reflex the appreciation and dedicated efforts of Jared and his service manager. Thanks fellas!!

I asked to be called if it needed any additional work. I got a text that the vehicle was ready for pick up, and when I picked it up I discovered that they had found out it needed new air filters inside and out that could’ve been done while it was being serviced. Now I have to hassle with making another appointment, or driving another 5000 miles on something that should’ve been repaired before. So, no not satisfied.
