The service provider was great - I have no complaints about him. However my appointment was at 9:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle wasn’t ready until 12. I think that the service was good, but it’s unreasonable for it to take 2 and a half hours.

Jared provided excellent service during my visit today for a basic oil change and mileage service. He noticed a wheel lock missing and tried to replace it, but none was in stock. He helped me work with some issues I recently had with Service King. I really appreciated his help today in trying to resolve some issues. He was calm, friendly, and not pushy about anything.. He provided appropriate recommendations for my car. This was one of the better visits I have had with GMC. I was in and out fairly quickly today!
