I was given an approximate time for my oil change . Unfortunately it took twice as long. It would be helpful if the staff would communicate why it was taking so long. I just was sitting there waiting not knowing that I had a nail in my tire. If that was communicated I probably wouldn’t have been upset for it taking twice as long as they quoted.

Luis took care of my brand-new-to-me Denali. There was an issue with the video display and so far the issue hasn’t come back. My vehicle was at the Service Department for a few days and Luis provided me with daily updates, which I appreciated.

Oscar has always been very detailed in explaining the vehicle, the warranty information and the costs. He also does his best to get things done in a timely manner. He knows his job and does it well.

The cause of the CEL was not investigated and it returned. My new car has been in another service department since Monday and the cause of continuous CELs has yet to be resolved.

We are completely happy with Kevin, over the past Years he has been wonderful. He's very professional and knows his clients. We we're dissatisfied with our initial visit that the Mechanics didn't catch the problem and we had to return for an additional cost of more than $900 after spending $1000 plus on the first visit. We wish the Mechanics would have been more throughal in looking for problems. Kevin is the best!!! Thank you John & Terry Lewis
