When I came to pick my car up Luis and I went to the front of my car to pop the hood and there was a huge booger on top of my hood! Luis confirmed that was a booger! I’m pissed!!! I’ve been coming there Exclusively since I bought my car there in 2007 and I have always treated everyone with respect and I’m so friendly to every single person. I have never complained when I totally could’ve many times but I’m not that person. I have never questioned a repair or what it cost for the repair (besides freakin out for a little) I’ve been feeling for awhile now like I’m not getting the service that Cadillac should be known for and I’ve been really feeling I should take my business elsewhere and after receiving my car yesterday with a big booger from you guys I think it’s obvious you don’t want my business. But myself being a Cadillac man I know something for sure… my next Cadillac will not be coming from your place!!!
Oscar did any amazing job with my in take process. He kept me informed ever step of the way. His customer service skills were above and beyond. Services were fast even with the big task required to get my car in tip top shape. I appreciate him breaking down the information about the diagnosis as well as what was needed.
