I was told I would have to leave my vehicle for over a week in order to get a transmission issue looked at. I asked if I could just bring the vehicle back and was told it would have to remain at the dealership in line to receive service. This policy is not customer friendly. I received an oil change and paid online and when I arrived at the dealership it seemed as if no one knew where my keys were and it was frustrating.
He was very helpful, knowledgeable and offered solutions. He cared.
