My sales associate Oscar was great. I left and noticed that there were items missing from my car after it was detailed. Half of the stuff I left in the center console is gone. I called the next morning and the sales associate took my name and number and never called me back. Curious to see if I’ll get a call back this time with an explanation as to where my stuff went. I experienced various challenges having my vehicle serviced with Marvin K. ranging from appointment scheduling, misleading communications, to having a vehicle that is well taken care of, returned to the customer filthy with surfaces scratches.
We were very upset as our vehicle was dented while in your care. As well as the service provider was being dishonest on saying that our tires were rotated as well as falsifying paperwork. I did a walk around of our vehicle and told him there were not any dents other than a scuff on the passenger side rear hub cap. In which that is what it reflected. Then when I pick up the car I did a walk around and there was a dent on the front passenger quarter panel. Very upset with your service and want this resolved.
Was vvt stressing about my car worked but am feeling better knowing car is drivable now. Everything was explained clearly to me by Oscar

My first oil change since I’ve had my new Cadillac.. it was a great experience and Oscar was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end of my visit.. he helped me with a couple of issues that I had a question about.

Oscar got the service performed on my vehicle just as promised. Then got it delivered to an off-site body shop for an estimate and back to the service bay with a car wash and ready for pick up on time.

Thank you for accommodating me despite the fact that I was running late. I thought Oscar was very friendly and professional. Thank you for doing a thorough inspection during the oil change in addition to rotating my tires which hadn’t been rotated in over a year and a half. And lastly it was a nice treat to have my car washed which is part of the service but not always offered when you get an oil change. This was is my third oil change at this location and I will continue to return time after time!
