Chris was above and beyond with his customer service. Very respectful, helpful and even charismatic. He explained all services in detail and waiting time. He had my lyft ride ready too. He walked me all the way to my car when service was completed to make sure all was alright. This is my first time coming to this location, I just came for a safety recall service but I really trusted this agency based on my meeting with Chris that I decided to get an oil change service. I will return for a recommended service. You earned a new customer today

Erick was very professional and diligent, i didn’t have an appointment and it was the end if the day and he was still willing to help me. At first i had approached a different employee and he seemed to busy so he told eric to help me and he dropped what he was doing to fix my issue. I appreciate him for making me feel like i mattered and like my safety was his priority. He got the car in right away and brought it right back to me very quickly. I will be requesting that eric handles all my services from now on. thank you erick

Eric was very polite and helpful. Although we’ve only called the service a handful of time Eric was very personable and remembered who I was. I got there and he was able to assist. He was professional and courteous.

Kevin(In Service) and his Manager provided me exceptional service. My 2 week old GMC from another dealership surprised me with a tire emergency while I am 7 hours from home and after 4 other near by GMC dealerships would not be able to provide me service for 2 week, I called your dealership and Kevin had my vehicle repaired within 24hrs. Great big thank you to Kevin and the whole team!

The service department failed to resolve my issue with my rear glass hatch for the 3rd time and frankly didnt even try instead providing the excuse that there was too much stuff in the back making the sound hard to hear…. The back of the Yukon was completely empty. Your srvc mngr Larr was very helpful after the fact but it wasn’t your best effort to be sure.

I’ll start by saying I absolutely love Kevin Knepper! He’s has always gone far and above every time I’ve ever needed anything. Now here’s the but… I bought my truck unseen from Tony in July 2015. The truck has never been anywhere other than MKB for service. That almost changed Saturday. My schedule isn’t as flexible as it was 18 months ago. I can’t just schedule service 8:00-9:00 in the morning and breakfast with the couple in the deli. I now have short windows for almost anything. Making an appointment at a car dealership is a fallacy. An appointment at your dealership (or any others) is for your convenience, not the clients. I understand you can’t have everyone show up at 7:30 in the morning. I understand MKB has the same issue I do hiring qualified technicians. I realize I will need to call 3-4 weeks in advance to get the service appointment I want. I waited over two weeks to get an appointment that was convenient to me. I waited 30 minutes + to get checked in. It was 1-1/2 hours for the oil change, It was another 30 minutes to pay. Almost 3 hours for a service that Valvaline says they could do in under 40 minutes. I actually booked an appointment at Valvaline at your dealership. When I told the service advisor I was canceling and going down the street, he found time to check me in. Will I schedule my vehicle maintenance with MKB next, not sure but doubtful. Will I continue to have my truck serviced at MKB, it will depend if I can find the same outstanding service as I do with Kevin. You asked, so I gave you my take. I can’t help but to think I wasted my time doing this survey.

Excellent service and explanation of what needed done and was completed. Only issue i had was he asked if i wanted car washed. And car was returned unwashed. Oh well. Maybe next time. Thanks Steve

We had a great experience with Kevin and Veronica. However once we got to the finance guy we were extremely disappointed. He introduced himself as “The DMV guy” and was so rude. He even raised his voice with me because I sat in the wrong chair. Apparently because my husband was signing the papers I needed to move. God forbid he could turn a foot to his left to not be a complete jerk. He was so ridiculously short with us. We almost got up and walked out twice. What a way to take a good experience and turn it sour.
