Over the last 6 years I have enjoyed the pleasure of receiving the very best in obtaining and maintaining three quality qvehicles from MKB dealership. Very efficiently customer service
I made an “appointment” on 10/11/21 for service @ 8:00 am on 10/12/21. I received an email confirming my “appointment” Upon arrival I was told by the service consultant that my car would be ready by the end of the day or at the very latest early morning on 10/13/21. I did not receive any update on status the entire day. I initiated a call to check status @ 9 am on 10/13/21. The call was returned at 10 am with the information that my car was not only not diagnosed but did not even have a scheduled time to be looked at. Again, I did not get any further update, until I initiated a call @ 4:45 pm. I was told my car had just then been assigned to a technician. After 2 full business days my car had yet to be even be looked at. I asked to speak to a supervisor regarding this total failure on the part of the service department. Larry, the service manager, proceeded to make excuse after excuse for this atrocious customer service. He even went so far as to tell me that I only had a “reservation”, not an appointment, although my confirmation email, specifically referenced my “appointment”. It is apparent that the service department, not only can’t deliver quality service but can’t communicate effectively even among themselves. The service on my car was completed @ 10 am on 10/14/21, more than 48 hours after it was checked in for service. I have been a Buick owner for decades. This is hands down the worst dealership customer service I have ever received. I do not want to be contacted by the service consultant or service manager for another worthless excuse.

Paid 806.00 for rotors and pads that are only good for 12 months. Rip off, lied the whole time durning my conversations. Greg White should not be a Service Manager. He has no customer service experience, offers no solution to a problem. Christopher only passes the buck. Very very unhappy with b this company. I wish I had never bought a Cadillac with this dealership as my only place to get service. I will be seeking other mechanics asap. Money hungry, no communication, no csr
