Chris was very accommodating and despite being short staffed I was out of there fairly quickly.
Luis was very professional and polite it was an overall very good experience.

Your system sends out a text massage that indicates you can text questions to your service writer over two days I texted him for and update. Only to find out he didn’t even know the text massage system existed. Seriously ? Seven attempts to call him your phone system is nothing more than a run around and when you do
talk to someone they put you on hold or you get hung up on. The only way I ever found out any status on my car at all was for me to fight your phone system to get a hold of someone to ask.
I believe my procedure involved the partial disassembly of the steering column...even if not , my brite lights are not functioning

Dropped the vehicle off at 1030 for a 1045 appointment for scheduled maintenance. Appointment was a wait for vehicle and was told the maintenance time would be 90 minutes. After one hour and forty five minutes, I finally see my vehicle enter the bay for service. Service was complete about 45 minutes later. I saw several people drop their vehicle off after me and were complete long before my vehicle. Definitely not a customer service friendly environment at MKB. This is not my first bad experience at MKB but my fifth. I wish I could sell back my service plan I purchased and find a better customer service friendly environment. Would give the service department negative five stars. Additionally, another service advisor had to get my vehicle since the one I had the appointment with was absent once my vehicle entered the bay for service. Once my service agreement is fulfilled, I will not take back to MKB for service. If I plan on purchasing a Cadillac in the future, it will not be from MKB.
Very good all the way around. One item i found specific to a diesel is the def fluid was not topped off so I did that on way home. Cheers Mike
