Kevin Knepper has been my service advisor for years and has keep my 2001 Yukon running in EXCELLENT running condition. Took my car in for an oil change and they said all my flukes needed to be change, so i went ahead with there recommendation on that . Which cost $1400.00. I was by another mechicanic that was over priced. And then I was told my rear shocks needed to be replaced and the cost was approx. $1350.00. So I took my car to another mechanic and he showed me my shocks. He said they didn't need to be replaced. There was a very very small leak. He could be weeks, months, or even years before they needed to be replaced. I fell I was being taken Advantage of since I let them know that my husband passed away and he usually handled the car issues. They they still have his name and phone on the acct after I asked them to please change that too. Probably won't ever go to that dealership again.

I made my appointment nearly a month ago. Arrived at my 10am appointment as scheduled. At 1216pm Oscar advised my wife and I that our car had not yet been serviced. Also that it would be another 2 hours before completion. A simple oil change and tire rotation. A request for a discount or some sort of accommodation for the inconvenience. The request was denied. Therefore, I left the dealership without my vehicle being serviced.
