This was my first time with service writer Oscar Monroy and I have to say what a very refreshing experience it was. He absolutely connects and communicates with clients and I really appreciated his professionalism. He also has a very friendly manner. Looking forward to my next service visit with Oscsr. On a sidenote Larry Ramos the Service director is also outstanding and has always made me feel well attended to. At a time when many businesses are lacking in good customer service, Marvin K Brown‘s service team is a refreshing change. Thanks to the entire team that makes it all come together.

Mr. Elliot was great, all around good dude. I felt like he was there to service my car, not to rip me off. I would like to deal with him all the time.
I set up my appointment for the 7th but because there was not a car available that day. The service manger had me reschedule to the 13th. I show up and no car is as available for me. I had to wait there 6 hours. I could have brought my look ap top if I'd known.
I believe the Marvin K. Brown is been overwhelmed with cars since the nearest Cadillac dealership closed. There has been lots of issues with loaner cars. I made an appointment 6 weeks in advance to ensure a loaner and I show up with no loaner and was asked what I would like to do? I said I specifically booked this appointment 6 weeks ago to ensure a loaner. I was stuck with an embarrassing Buick rental from Hertz. Also, Oscar service advisor is not a friendly employee. He mentions many weird and rude comments in a very calm and soft voice to sound sincere yet not so sincere. He asked me to go check for the foreman while he’s in a meeting to see how long it would be. I said I’m sorry that not my job and it’s very rude to ask me to do that. If you would like further explanation of the situation I can elaborate. It was a very bad experience, and seems to be getting worse than better. I am rethinking another lease from Cadillac even though I have leased a Cadillac for many years.
