As I shared with Kevin today, my only complaint was that I wish I would have been coming to MKB service center for the past few years. The organization, customer service and efficiency was outstanding and top notch. A wonderful experience from the moment I booked my appointment to leaving this afternoon with my car. I feel that the windshield on my vehicle was broken during the ten days it was in the custody of the service dept. I can't prove it but it was not damaged when it was brought in.
