Although service was timely. The customer service was sub par. From checking in to picking up felt as though my business was not important, as if I was just another customer that day. Probably will not be coming back.

Seems that for some reason no lender cars are available sense they all got sold, and was told that my car was to stay there for over a week..guy helping out was not much help..

I have never had a worse service experience than at your dealership. I left your removed my car from your Service Department and went directly to Jessup for repair, and ended up purchasing another Escalade.The other dealership stated you should pay for my warranty as it was under Cadillac warranty.

The appointment for the recall was cancelled for the reason that nobody can do the work thst day. At least costumer service should let me know so that I rescheduled without going to the shop. Also the price they gave me over the phone for oil change was wrong. I paid almost double the price they told me. I’m not satisfied of the service overall.

Good morning, I brought in my car in for an oil change, front end alignment and to check on a noise coming from the Engine are I believe. However, I have the car back and noise still persists. Thank you for your support in this matter.
