I brought in my late husband's 2016 Cadillac in pristine condition with less than 5000 miles on the odometer for an oil change. One of the mechanics had an accident and dented the car and scratched the paint. The dealership brought in some paint and dent people to fix the problem. When I went in to pick up the car, the scratch/dent looked worse than before. I am beyond distraught about this and hope that the next "fix" looks better. That being said, the representative Chris Elliott was very kind and helpful. I hope that this can be made right as my husband was a loyal customer and tremendous fan of Cadillac.
