I had called ahead. We discussed the problem I was having with my car. When I took my car in to be repaired. They had ordered the part needed I appreciate receiving a ride home.
It took several days to get any response from the department services. It is not the fault of the person who serviced the car today, so not complaints about his work performance. The second key I ordered is not a complete key so I am confused about that. I was given an appointment yesterday and when I brought the car in they said there was no appointment set. I was sent home then told to come back. The whole thing was mass confusion. Grace was very helpful. She was the only one who actually seemed to want to direct me to the correct department.

Grace calls me on my way that I wouldn’t get electrical work done today or a loaner. That was the 2nd time plans were changed without notifying me. I came anyway to have my oil changed. Luckily, they found my oil leak, but now my suspension is squawking again, intermittently. Jason and Corky helped me, but it’s always something with Marvin K Brown.
