I think it is poor customer service to not provide the Lyft ride to home and BACK to MKB. It really makes no logical sense. A service that should have cost me nothing because I have have the maintenance contract on the vehicle cost me $25, with tip. I was ask if I had a ride back, and I said I will ask my wife. If she could not. Then I thought I would ask MKB when they called to let me know my truck was completed to scheduled a ride for me. I was told at that point that you do not provide that. A service visit that should have cost me nothing because I have the maintenance contract, instead cost me $25 with tip. Again, makes no sense how would someone get back. Thank you.

I had to leave the car due to a full shop at the dealer. They keep me informed of work performed and time schedule. I received messages from the service manager on how to contact him for questions or concerns. He was very professional.

There was no follow up. I had to speak with Mr. Ramos before it was resolved. I don't appreciate being told I will be contacted and I don't hear from him (Jared).

The tech broke my dashboard console (in 2 places) while conducting maintenance (scheduled airbag recall) and did not report it. Upon receiving the vehicle post maintenance I found 2 places where the dashboard was broken and told Oscar Monroy who was sincere and began immediately to correct the discrepancy. Oscar said he would contact me tomorrow regarding a solution.
