Oscar was extremely helpful in ensuring my vehicle was correctly diagnosed for a suspension problem I had noticed. We took the vehicle for a drive so that he could communicate to the technician the problem with the suspension. The vehicle stayed at the shop for a week...and he ensured I would have transportation to continue my personal activities such as work and life in gneral. I so much appreciate Oscar, he went the extra mile in representing Marvin K. Brown, and in the future I will look to trust my vehicle to your company and Oscar's customer service.
