The service technician provided misleading information and did not follow my instructions. As a result, I was charged for services that were not necessary. Additionally, the service manager behaved unprofessionally, including telling a customer to “shut up” and questioning what was wrong with them. Their approach to handling situations comes across as aggressive and inappropriate. I also have a voice recording that can be reviewed as evidence.

With the price car owners pay for maintenance services, to hit us with a credit card fee demonstrates really bad business judgement. Jaw dropping maintenance fees then one more jab, is a slap in the face. The service manager was fine, whatever executive made the stupid decision about the credit card fee should be questioned.

I have brought both my vehicles in for service and each time Matthew has gone above and beyond what I expected. He was able to fix the issues I had, gave me sound advice going forward and generally listened and cared that everything I had a problem with he addressed and took care of. I will always ask for Matthew when the need arises. What an asset to your company!

The exterior trim around the front window has white spots on it and we’re not able to clean them. I was not happy about that. But I like other aspects of the car. I will correct the problem myself. I like the car , I like salesperson ( she had good knowledge of the car) and was very professional.

I was waiting inside rapids Honda waiting on my car. I let him know that. I got a text saying my car was done. It was probably another half hour after that and then he called me to tell me my car was done. I felt like it was not personal.
