I really appreciated the time Chad took to explain what could be wrong with my vehicle that I brought in for service and then followed up to keep me informed when the issues were confirmed and when the service was completed and the vehicle ready for pickup. Chad is very professional, personable and instilled a sense of trust in the service that was provided. I also want to give a shout out to Kevin and Ricky. I really appreciated that they took the time to listen to my concerns, test drive the vehicle and ultimately provided great customer service. I don't need a call, it just took along time to get my car after the service was finished. I was waiting for a text. Took at least 20 minutes after I inquired about my car 10 minutes after seeing it leave the service area.

Michael was very thorough in the inspection. He also was able to handle the recall work on this oil change visit so I don’t have to make a separate trip for recall work. Michael reviewed the paperwork with me after car work was completed.
