Great customer service provided by Matthew Wirig when I came in on 05/03/2025 for car service. Matthew did explain all what the service repair crews analysis for repair other than the car oil change that I brought my car in for replacement. I greatly appreciate his courtesy and patience explaining everything that needs to be done to me. Please express my sincere gratitude to him. Your lifetime powertrain warranty is complete ****. No disclaimer on the terms of the warranty when we bought the vehicle. I will never buy another vehicle or have one serviced through rapids Honda ever again. Guy on the phone was nice though.

When I brought in my wife’s car for an oil change and a tire rotation, the service went by quickly. But when I took my car home I didn’t find out till an hour later that there were issues that needed to be corrected “immediately. “ when I asked why I wasn’t told about this when I picked up the car Shawn didn’t tell me anything was wrong. I called and asked why he didn’t say anything, he said that it wasn’t needed to be fixed till later. He couldn’t understand why I was upset. I asked talk to a supervisor and he said he would have his supervisor call me but it never happened
