Been waiting almost 2 years for a recall part to come in. And when it finally did, I had the appointment. However, upon completing an oil filter change, I was told that the part was not in stock and I would have to make another appointment. Why was I not informed of this at the beginning of my appointment? Or better yet, why was I not called to let me know that the part is still not in? Poor service

Matthew took care of contacting the extended warranty company to determine if the repairs were covered. I feel he went above and beyond in getting a satisfactory outcome for the repair. He provided me with a rental car since the repairs could not be completed in one day. He kept me apprised of the status of the repair. In my opinion, Matthew did a wonderful job and it was a pleasure working with him!

I had to wait an excessive amount of time for my car to be serviced. More importantly, I was never informed prior to the servicing of my car that if I used a credit card, I would be charged a 3% fee. I should have been informed before I actually brought my car in that this was your policy. I feel this was a bit deceptive. Thanks, Jack
