We are beyond disappointed. After we left we found evidence the oil wasn’t even changed!!!! I said to Matt on the way out, “do I need to check the dipstick and he laughed and said no. IT WAS NOT CHANGED!!! How do we even know the tires were rotated… Also the Auto Butler was not applied, the car surface was dull when we got there, they had to run it through at the last minute to get a smooth finish on it! We live 2 hours away and work, it is very hard for us to coordinate this service, you charge us and this is what we get! And there is more, after we left the cruise control doesn’t activate. We are so angry!!!!!!!
