My service advisor was awesome just as Rachel from sales/service did and advocated to get the seat weight sensor recall issue resolved. But parts are limited. This recall has been posted for quite some time and there are only limited spots within each week but the recall can’t be scheduled until 3 months out? That’s time that I have to take off of work when I have other manufacturers such as Ford that will provide mobile service at my house. Also Ford will pick up and also drop a vehicle. To be fair I do work 80 miles from my house by my wife works from home so that is very convenient of Ford! Definitely a selling point but my service advisor at Rapids Honda did a 10/10 within his capability.

Just concerned that my vehicle is a new 2024 vehicle and already im being told I need new tires and new this and that. I'm disappointed. That was why I bought a brand new vehicle so I didn't have to worry about such things for a long long time.
