Matthew’s service was good, but I had ordered some tires on 6/17 (Drew Mechley-I’ll get that order for you Bud.) However when I arrived Monday 6/23 for my oil change and tires-no tires.I called six times to Drew and Blong Xiong. Never got a return call. I even called the switchboard operator to try and get an answer. She said she would take my name and give a note to the gentleman to call me. No results. You missed $1250 tire sale.

My service rep was absolutely wonderful. I went in hoping to get different tires and rims on my 2022 Honda Accord because I do not like the low profile tire. He was so professional and did all he could to get me what I was looking for. I am so happy to have worked with him and Honda should be proud to employ him. His name is Blong, from Rapids Honda. Matthew did a great job getting my new tire figured out. The valve stem was bad and made my low tire pressure light come on just about a week after i got a new tire because the 2 nails wouldn't hold pressure of the patches anymore. He really helped me again this morning when i needed help.

I was told the service would take 2-3 hours. At 3 hours I went to the desk to get an update, guy went to check but couldn’t find out what was up with my vehicle. A 1/2 our later I went back to the service desk, was told it would be done soon. After Another 1/2 hour finally got word it was done. Disappointed that no one came to give me an update or tell me it was going to take longer than expected.

Mikey Estrada was very professional and we are thankful for his service to us as customers. A great person to have in employment. The only reason we are not completely satisfied is because of a missed wheel alignment service. After we notified him of the problem, he quickly sought to rectify it.
