Matt was awesome to work with. He kept me up to speed during the whole process. The entire experience was above and beyond expectations.
I asked for a transmission fluid flush prior to changing transmission fluid in my 2020 Odyssey minivan. While on the phone, Shawn said that Honda Corporation did not recommend transmission flushes, and that it may actually hurt transmission performance due to debris shifting with flushing.
I disagree, and have found contrary info on the internet.
I’m perplexed why Shawn would give me this seemingly wrong info?
I was totally satisfied with the service at Rapids Honda from Drew and greatly appreciated the loaner vehicle! I could continue with my weekend plans without interruption. I had a great experience there and plan on using them again in the future should the need arise. Thank you!
I was happy to see Matthew again he is best!
Drew was awesome and took care of everything. Thanks
Yes, he is very nice, knowledgeable and reliable when it comes to services and maintenance of my CR-V.
I was originally quoted $200 to diagnose the problem and it turned out to be $367 - along with the fact that this particular vehicle has know air conditioner problems - parts of it under a 10 year warranty and of course the problem with it does not involve those parts - ridiculous
Matthew is always gracious and helpful. I enjoy coming only because of him.
Mikey was especially friendly and an absolute joy to work with today!
I let them know that I would be waiting in the lobby while the car was being worked on for my 9:30 appointment, I waited 3 hours and never got told my vehicle was finished I finally went up to ask about it to which they told me it was already done and duh in a pile to give me my keys. To add onto the fact I received a text saying my car was finished after I got home and was home for 30 minutes. Need a better process at notifying car being finished.
My safety features don’t seem to work after the service.
Matt was excellent across the board - communication, service, and flexibility.
Hi Vlong, thank you for keeping me updated throughout the repair process. I’m still trying to better understand the diagnosis and how it relates to the issues that originally led me to bring the vehicle in.
In a very short time recently, I was experiencing a recurring issue where the horn fuse would repeatedly blow whenever the horn was used. In addition, the vehicle displayed a “Charging System Problem” warning on the dashboard. Those concerns were my primary reason for seeking service, and within a 24-hour span the vehicle began running poorly and developed a severe misfire, which ultimately resulted in it being towed to the dealership.
I understand that a faulty fuel injector was found and repaired, and I appreciate the work that has been done. However, I’m hoping to learn whether the original charging system warning and horn fuse issue were also diagnosed and addressed, or if those concerns were determined to be unrelated to the injector failure.
I also spoke with the warranty company and was informed that the fuel injectors were not covered because they are considered normal wear-and-tear items. While I understand that explanation, I would appreciate any clarification regarding the warranty decision and whether any portion of the diagnosis or repairs could qualify for coverage.
I also want to be transparent that the repair cost presents a significant financial hardship for me. If there are any payment options, financing programs, goodwill assistance, or other alternatives available through Honda or the dealership, I would be very grateful for any information you can provide.
Thank you again for your time and assistance. I appreciate your help and look forward to hearing from you.

The service and counter help was great and no complaints there, but the car wash you provide after a service is not good at all. Twice now my vehicle was worse looking after the wash than when I brought it in.
I don’t really have any proof that the service was actually performed. I just have to believe that it was.
