Great Customer Service Provided by Mr. Drew Mechley with friendly courtesy as he listened attentively to all my questions of concern and answered my questions with a smile on his face which set my mind at ease that he is well knowledgeable about Honda Cars. I do greatly appreciate his sense of humor being a female with no experience on mechanical knowledge of cars.

Problem wasnot solve,because it wouldn't repeat it's self. Vehicle infrequently desides not to start. When brought in for inspection of Problem everything checked out ok. Next time the Problem occurs, I will have it towed in to see if they can find the reason for it not starting.
