Appreciated the communication, quick work, ease with borrowing a vehicle. I’m sure that my vehicle will probably run great and again appreciated but one of the primary problems I mentioned wasn’t solved. My dashboard sensor is reading about 99-110 degrees. This is probably a minor issue and maybe I can YouTube how to recalibrate. I was reassured that the sensor was fine. As soon as I picked up the vehicle the dash said 99 degrees and my trip home was up to 110. Again probably something minor but my visit was about 3k to fix vehicle.

Chad was very kind, helpful, & accommodating! I had an issue with my car after I had a recalled part replaced at another dealership. Chad was able to communicate with the other dealership and have what was done wrong made right. I was able to have a courtesy rental car and parts replaced courtesy of Rapids Honda. Thank you!!

I appreciate the attention to detail and respect for my wishes regards to the services offered.
