Terrible customer service. Stood and waited for any of the 4 service technicians to notice me and check me in ...... One of them taking to another employee about where they are going to college, who are their roommates, etc .. One of the other ones just walking around..... There are two other Honda dealerships where I have gotten my service done. In both cases, someone came out to the car immediately to check me in, take the mileage, check the exterior, confirm what service I was getting that day. Not at Rapids Honda

It has always been my understanding that my vehicle oil change and tire rotation was part of the purchase and is free for the first 36,000. My most recent visit was for an oil change at 32,000 miles. The service manager tried to charge me $90 for the oil change stating that the free oil change, was only good to 28,000 miles. If it was not for the employee standing next to him explaining that the oil change is covered, but I have another free oil change pending at 38,000 miles. Also, he suggested that I have a transmission fluid change. The same employee corrected him again stating that I have a CVT do not require a transmission fluid change. The total bill I would have paid was about $174. I find this very disturbing. In the future, how can I trust this type of service!!!??
