He was awesome and worked something out with me to get my last oil change on my plan approved, even if I was expired by a few days. I didn’t mention it, but I’ve been going through some financial hardships having to take time off of work to be with my mom who is dying of cancer, so I was way overdue for an oil change, but felt safe enough to take the time to get it done, but I was late. His ability to get it approved meant everything. Thank you. It’s small acts of kindness like that, will keep me coming back.

I had my car in for an oil change and an Auto Butler reapplication and also added on a few services that were recommended. I was satisfied with my experience at the time but a few things came up afterwards that were less than satisfactory. I first noticed a few parts (bolts) near the hood of my car. Mikey was able to help confirm they were just spares after I talked with him and sent him a picture. After that, I had my tire pressure sensor in my car come on. This was concerning as I believe I paid for a tire rotation/check. I think it was as simple as resetting it but I would have thought this is something the dealership would have done. Later, my oil life alert came on saying maintenance is due. Again, I hope this is just a matter of the meter not being reset, but I would expect the dealership to do that as I paid for the service.

It was very satisfied with the quality of the work done on our vehicle. The only issue I have is that the price seems a little bit steep but then in today’s world the price is a little steep. I’m just about everything. Michael Estrada did fine job helping me.
