Huge thanks to Drew and Brian for going above and beyond fixing an oil issue for me. Brian even stayed late so I could get out of town. Also like to thank Mike for following up on a recalled light. Excellent service as always.

I Came in 11/11 due to my car refusing to start. I called Honda rapids and they set me up with a time on Wednesday 11/12. I had my car towed to the shop and came in separately to talk to service. I ended up seeing Mikey and he was surprised to see me. He could tell how stressed out I was. Today I was supposed to be running open enrollment meetings for 2026 benefits. He has seen my gaggle of children. He has seen me working from the service area before. He knew me being vehicle-less was creating more stress for me. Let him know what the issue was and he notice there was a little space that he could use to see if it was a simple or complex fix. I am the HR manager at my place of business. Employees like Mikey who know their customers, who take the moment to take a deeper look at the person and to not see them as a number is really important, especially when it has an element of customer service. I keep coming back because of the service team! Even when we've run into some issues, they have been forthcoming about what to expect / and the plan to complete the service. I have worked with serveral service people: Matt/Blong/Chad/Drew and they are all great! Each one has treated me respectfully and has grocked that I am a fast paced busy person. They get me in and going as quickly as they can without making me feel like I am just being pushed through. You have a really great service team and I enjoy working with them! It was awesome to see the service techs share information with each other and come to the same decision. I think it’s really important to share these things, especially when they are a rare occurrence. Mary

Could you let me know if the air filter was changed? The paperwork said it needed to be changed but I didn’t see where it was actually changed.

My Pilots steering wheel has been off center since I took delivery a couple months ago and 2400 miles. Drew double checked and said the factory covers the alignment once in the first 12/12k. He did a perfect job and scheduled my alignment for the following morning. When I arrived a different service writer with a rude additude contradicted Drew's statement. Luckily the Service Manager walked by and after hearing the whole story told him to write it up and have it warrantied. The rude service writer doesn't belong in that roll dealing with customers. There were other indicators of his behavior before I even spoke to him. I repeat that Drew handled the situation very well on his end. The other guy not so much. I'm a retired Master Tech of 34 years and owned my own shop too. That guy would have been fired if he worked for me.
