I appreciated working with Lucas. He was a great help, knowledgeable, kind, and provided excellent service. Even as the staff was transitioning to a new system Lucas was able to answer questions and provide helpful advice. I really appreciated his knowledge of what the service workers found but also not any pressure from him to have more service done before we were ready. It is because of working with people like him why I keep coming back to Rapids Honda and continue to have our vehicle serviced there.

Both dropping off and picking up,vwe were ignored except one person who seemed to be doing all the work while there were literally 3 guys in white polos and 3 other service workers not helping anyone. I felt this was very rude and will not be using this Honda dealership ever again.

Didn't have my cell phone number in the system why was it taken out and the other numbers still there. Didn'. t have that I brought my tires at Honda trying to charge me for a tire rotation the information was there last oil change
