I believe that the customer service was very poor and there was a huge lack communication. My car sat for 3 months and nothing was done, and I understand the shortage of parts but we had no options for an aftermarket part until we decided to take my vehicle elsewhere and mentioned they were using an aftermarket part.

I called in advance several weeks prior to have the auto butler service put on my car. They didn't even notify me that it wasn't available. When I purchased the vehicle they gave me no option to cancel that service that I HAVE NOT BEEM ABLE TO GET IN 2 YEARS.

when I bought my new hybrid, CRV, I paid for mats. They were on back order. When I brought the car in to have the roof racks installed, the customer service rep told me to call Marlon at 8:30. I felt like she should’ve had Marlon call me, and not make me do the work, since they were already paid for and I wrote out a check for cash for the car.

I was there for oil change Nd tire rotation. They couldn’t rotate my tires but make me sit there 1.5 hours and at the end said they cannot rotate. I have a coupon and the guy still charge me $60 plus for an oil change. It should be 50% off. Plus, the tech leave all my lights inside on and didn’t turn off. They didn’t even reset my oil gage. Ridiculous. I went back and they do nothing. Man this is really back. 10% satisfying. I should have been refund the full amount for making me sit there and wait and at the end was told cannot do.
