Michael went above and beyond helping me with my vehicle. I'd been calling for months trying to figure something out and he was the only person who actually helped. I don't know how many voice-mails I've left his supervisor and other service people and they never ever call me back. If Mikey hadn't stepped up the way he did, I would never have returned to Rapids Honda. Sean never returns phone calls, I had to physically go into the building to be worth his time to talk to about an issue where my car was damaged during an oil change. I will only work with Mikey, he's the only one who even makes me feel like I'm worth the time to speak with about vehicle. Mikey is top notch! He is kind, respectful and fully explains the issues.

2 hrs to complete an oil change, slow communication, employees were playing football in parking lot, employee had their daughter at work, tag and plastic protection left in car. Was a set appointment so nothing should get in the way of the work.
