He got the service to our car rushed through as he got it done nearly 11/2 hours before the time mentioned. He is a pleasant , knowledgeable individual. I would want to do business with him in the future.

Chad was amazing! He explained my options and time needed. When I mentioned I would have to reschedule one service because I didn’t pack a laptop cord so unable to keep working for the entire appointment he provided me with an Apple cord to borrow and checked in to see if it worked for my laptop. He even offered a quieter place for a work zoom meeting. I will be using Coon Rapids Honda for all service needs.

The dealer techs cross threaded two lug nuts on the driver's side front tire of the car making it impossible to take off without snapping the lug studs.

Michael was super helpful and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. Although I didn’t have an appointment, Michael was able to squeeze me in and get the part needed my car in a quick and easy manner. I will definitely have my car serviced here again.
