This was not reflective of the service rep himself. He was very nice, empathetic, and had alternative solutions. However, I made an appointment for 11:30am and was told my car should be ready by 4:30pm. I didn’t get a text that my car was done but by 5:30pm I showed up thinking it has to be done before service closes at 6:00pm. I came in and was told my car was not completed. The rep was very apologetic and gave me a loaner at no charge. While the loaner was a nice new Civic, it definitely wasn’t large enough for my family needs (my car is an 8 passenger Pilot). I was also told no pets in the loaner and I have a new puppy that I take pretty much everywhere with me because he can’t be left alone. So, while I appreciated the loaner, it did cause me inconvenience to adjust my usual daily life around having it. It’s definitely not an ideal situation since I had made an appointment.
