My service advisor was Blong Xiong. He was helpful and professional. The customer in front of me was loud,& rude complaining about the amount of shop fees on his bill. Blong was extremely polite and handled the situation well. Excellent representation for Rapids Honda.

Three of my tire valve covers were barely on the stems. Had to tighten them down myself. Same thing happened last tire rotation and lost two caps, which I had to replace on my own dime. Have custom caps so they look nice. This is getting old when work is not done in full and have to keep checking Rapids Honda workmanship. Told the adjuster and he said he would pass on to technician. This is getting old.

Mikey Estrada was exceptional. He looked up past records to see what was needed. He told me he would inspect air filters to see if I needed them. I hope I get him as the service advisor every time. He’s very customer helpful
