Very professional. Kept us informed of service preformed and additional work that needed attention. Cost for service was conveyed before work was started and on completion was less than quoted. So far very satisfied.

It took almost two hours for an oil change. I needed to be at a meeting and was late. There was also trash left in my SUV, and why did the tech shove open my center console. I could barely close it afterwards.

Chad greeted me with a smile as soon as he walked into the Service area. He answered my questions I had about Oil changes. When I come in for The Butler Service every six months I'm notified it can take up to 4 hours, but when I say I'm waiting he said he'd request that service be done as soon as possible. I was done with in two hours which opened my day to 2 extra hours. Thank you Chad & Service person. I love Coon Rapids Honda.
