He came to me when I stepped out of my car and asked how he could help…I told him about the low tire pressure symbol on my dashboard and we found a tire that seemed very low. He took action, with my permission, and took the car to service to see what could be the problem…he suggested some sort of leak. I waited in the lounge and after a while I got up to find him and ask what was wrong…they found a nail in the tire, patched it, and I was on my way! Rapids Honda has caring people working for the company.??

Drew did great as he always does. Start by stopping these surveys. I do not like to provide feedback this way. In the future, have the GM walk out and ask me please. That would be a better way to engage your customers in my opinion. I believe you could better find out if someone gives a good or bad review based on the day they are having or due to the actual service. Sometimes the easiest way to do things turns out not to be the best! I do hope you have a great day.

I wasn’t notified when my car was ready. The automated notification came the following day, after I had already picked my car up. The system is faulty and an actual person could do a better job.
