The repair itself was perfect. I was disappointed with the lack of communication by other staff members when my service tech was off duty. When I called for an update so we could return to Iowa. I was sent to voicemail. If the person answering the service phone knew the work status of service techs, a lot of angst could have been avoided. Otherwise we were very grateful for the service at Rapids Honda.

Driver side mirror is distorted. Will call soon. When light shines on it it is translucent and you can see behind it.

Blong did a great job diagnosing the potential problems, contracting with a third party for a portion of the work, ordering the needed parts and coordinating the repairs. I’m very happy with the work.

Was sent home with a key that didn't work. Clearly the workers never tested the key they cut. Had to come back to the dealership for them to tell me its a different issue. Something that should have been determined from the very beginning if they would have actually tried the key themselves.

Lucas provided the absolute best customer service any individual would desire. He calmly listened to the presented issue, laid out a plan to address the issue that wasn’t previously provided by other staff, and took a “customer first” approach to getting my car in immediately. The end result was what he assumed and my car was fixed!!! Love my Honda CRV

He came to me when I stepped out of my car and asked how he could help…I told him about the low tire pressure symbol on my dashboard and we found a tire that seemed very low. He took action, with my permission, and took the car to service to see what could be the problem…he suggested some sort of leak. I waited in the lounge and after a while I got up to find him and ask what was wrong…they found a nail in the tire, patched it, and I was on my way! Rapids Honda has caring people working for the company.??
