The form that was sent by Honda telling me to get a recall done stated that a “free loaner” would be available. Neither the person on the phone who made the appointment, nor either of the counter folks I spoke to knew what it was. It was an official notice from HONDA. I brought it in the day before to confirm that I could get the free loaner, the counter guy said to make sure I brought in the form to prove that it was official on the day of service. I asked if there was anything else I needed, he said no. The day of service, the counter person told me to provide proof of full coverage and a credit card, I did both. He stated that my proof of insurance didn’t specifically say that I had full coverage and that I would have to provide more proof. So, instead of calling the auto insurance company, or doing any legwork that every single mechanic I’ve ever worked with has done, he put the **** of proof onto me. Long story short, as it was before 7am and my insurance company wasn’t currently open, I did not get a loaner and had to cancel an appointment after being assured I would get one. Basically, unbelievably disappointed and I won’t be taking my business to the coon rapids dealership again, I am also advising others to be weary of any kind of promise that dealership makes. Clearly, they don’t put customers first and take the easiest/cheapest way out.

It was well over an hour for the oil change and my husband was waiting at the dealership. Recently he took his car to Friendly Chev for an oil change and they asked if wanted to wait in the car, 15 minutes!! AND the technician left the OIL LEVEL 100% screen on my dashboard. It just took my husband half an hour to get it switched back to the home screen. It is very complicated when you aren't familiar.

Matt was wonderful. Helped me get the things I needed done, helped eliminate what I didn't need. He offered a rental vehicle and kept me informed. He also helped me get my car back on time

Mikey was very helpful And advised me on what type of service I might need. He suggested an alignment for my ???? CRV and I had that done along with the oil change, auto Butler, diamond fuse on the windows. My car was cleaned on the inside also. I am a very satisfied customer, thank you

Started very well. Later I happened by the desk, saw my fob and paperwork. 5 minutes before anyone showed up. Never did talk to any one about any issues with my car. Not impressed.

I had a 1pm appt, I showed up at 1240pm, didn’t get out of there til, 245pm for a tire rotation and an oil change. Also, I watched the service tech move my truck back and forth to position it for the lift no less than 6-8 times moving forward and back and slamming on the brakes. As the owner, I know this won’t hurt it, but it looked really bad as it lurched back and forth like he’s never done this before.
