I felt as though I was pressured into purchasing an expensive service for my vehicle. The price for the service was not explained well, however the representative made it seemed like the vehicle would stop functioning if the service was not purchased

We were greeted with a smile and how can I help you today. I had an oil change done and Matthew went out of his way to squeeze my husband's truck in to for an oil change. Matthew was a pleasure to work Matthew and had answers to our questions we had.Also came to check up on us to see if we needed anything while we waited for our vehicles. over all the wait was Reasonable. The tech broke a part on my cabin air filter and didn’t inform anyone. I found the broke clip in my foot well. When I went to change the air filter after the service call, the cover was broken and just wedged into place. Makes me wonder what other corners the technician has taken over the years I’ve had Rapids Honda service my vehicles.

There we chips in my passenger door and I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation for $54 95 and I don't think that was applied to my bill.

Chad seemed to not listen to me and a bit condescending. He was nice and friendly but his communication skills are a bit aggressive for my taste. Also the price was super high, which is out of his control of course.

Just had oil changed and they told me it would be ready in about a hour, I waited 1 hr 45 minutes and had to go to the tech to find out what taking so long and he found my paper work and it was done . I asked him when it had been completed and he said he didn’t know. And they didn’t wash my Passport either, need better communication.
