My washer fluid reservoir did not leak prior to oil change. It does now. And you want 300 plus to change it. Seems scammy.

I really appreciate Blong attention to details and response, this goes along with some of the staff I met while I was waiting on my truck. Excellent work and professionalism. I know you guys maybe wondering why I can’t just go to Ford dealer across the street, well I was there for complete maintenance service, but they intentionally decide not to do a tire rotation. So, I told them they lost my business with them and Rapid Honda got my business. Excellent jobs Folks!

This is the second time in a row that my intentions were frustrated by Chad. The first time, an appointment set up by Shane for double service resulted in incomplete service from Chad’s mishandling of the split which causes consequences to scheduling today. This time, something that I had already worked out with another service advisor was arbitrarily frustrated by Chad which impacted my schedule today. The two lessons I learned from this experience are that I should wait for the same service advisor that I make an appointment with to ensure continuity of care and something else.

Michael “Mickey”was so helpful and kind. I had a small additional problem with my car play and he came out to the car immediately and showed me what to do if it ever happened again. He just made me feel comfortable and cared for. You have a GREAT employee in Michael. Hope to always get to see him when I come in.
