Drew was great. The problem I had was with Angelina your cashier. I was there for over 2 hours and the TV was set to a scary show that was rated TVMA I ask her to change it because I couldn't get the remote to work. She was rude and smart mouth like it was me. she tried and couldn't get it to work. she said she would have someone come and fix it. that never happened she just went back to her computer. Not letting me know what was going on. i did get the TV off but could not change channels. The TV should be on a channel that shows healthy shows. No si-fi fx The other people in the waiting area were appalled too.

The service manager Blong Was so instrumental in getting things done for me in a very short time and it was certainly appreciated. He was so helpful and I was so grateful.

When i walked in to drop off my car there was no one who took notice. i had to walk up to one of the desks (a few guys were talking to each other) to get help. However, as USUAL, Mikey is a combination of politeness, professionalism, friendliness, and a customer service champ. Go Mikey!

They did not seem to have a record of my previous oil change and tire rotation 2 weeks and 300+ miles ago. And 2 weeks ago there was no mention of needing air and cabin filters. So was there some slacking 2 weeks ago or was the filters unnecessary?
