Matthew did a great job and the service was completed in a timely matter. My only issues were that the driver’s side floor mats had dirt on them & the car was not washed as I had requested.

My service advisor and technician were outstanding. Showed me exactly the problem that was caused by a Caliber Collision repair 2 weeks ago that was not done correctly and fully disclosed. They were very informative and I appreciated their work and explanations!

It was great as always. Mikey Estrada was very helpful with figuring out the parts that i needed and even went over and beyond to install the screws on my car. 5 stars for Mickey Estrada and 5 stars for rapids honda!
