There were some small bubbles in the back window. I talked to them after they replaced the tint with the new stuff and they said they would go away. I hope they do and thank you guys for putting it on. If I have any more issues I will let you guys know thank you so much.

Service advisor did not check with me about other issues however last time other service provider checked. Also .car was very dirty even after wash and front glass was not properly cleaned

A dead battery was noticed early in the morning. Rapids Honda was able to schedule us in on a busy day. Fortunately, a replacement was available, and were able to replace it quickly with friendly service. Thank you!

Service greatly exceeded expectations! The team even heard my pleas about not getting yelled at by my wife and went out of their way to run the van through the wash after service. Excellent customer service!
